Reading all the arguments about Anne/Diana vs Pooh/Piglet was great. That is not an April Fool's joke.

I missed it. Well, there could be worse things ... talking for an entire day for one.

What happens if there is a tie? Do Calvin and Hobbes automatically win?

The Scarlet Pimpernel is a adventure story written during the French Revolution by Baroness Orzy. If you don't mind a dramatic heroine, you should try it. There is the main three and then there are a couple extra ones. Also, if you like audio books Librovax has copy's of them. :) The Hero is GREAT! :)

This is murder you want me to decide between Frog and Toad and Calvin and Hobbes? I quite literally might die! I probably sound overly dramatic, but truthfully this may be the hardest decision I have or will ever make. That is probably not true since I am only fifteen. I have a lot of life left, but who cares you get the general idea.

Well...I asked my ten year old for advice on this one. Though I was surprised to see Frog amd Toad still here, he considered further and said that while he'd rather vote for Calvin and Hobbes because he loved them more, he thinks Frog and Toad better fit the parameters of the bracket, lol

I had a houseful of college kids here this weekend. They took great interest in the bracket I had taped to the kitchen wall. No exaggeration - they discussed it for at least a half an hour. I wish I could have recorded their conversation to share it with you and show you what fun you've engineered. The outrage! (How could Calvin and Hobbes have beaten Batman and Robin?)... The questions! (Ahem: Who are Anne and Diana? 22 year old boys are clearly not LMM's target demographic)... The passionate predictions! (The college kid money is on Frodo and Sam to take it all). Such a complete and utter delight. Thank you, friends.

What in the Sam hill? I ask you David WHY? Why must you torment us so?

And why are Sherlock and John winning? I love those guys but.... come on Eustace and Jill should be getting more points!

Yeah, Your kids are quite correct. I was thinking more about the Last Battle, they work way better there. Also I might have been biased since the Silver Chair is one of my favorite Narnia books.

I could see Frog and Toad vs Calvin and Hobbes coming from early on but I’m pretty sure it’s the hardest decision we’ve had, and if they face Pooh and Piglet next round it’ll be pretty much equally as hard 😂
